Standard Postage Rates
In most cases it is more economical to send up to 2.8k ($11.50) or (5 kilo)$15.00, Interstate by satchel than regular parcel.
remember to include the packaging of goods when estimating the weight.
Australia Post assesses charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations.
If you do include more postage than your parcel costs we will just include a cash refund with the goods. We do not charge for packing or packaging just the weight of your parcel. We can't use couriers as they don't service many of our outback customers. If you need more help with your post estimate for the most economical postage just contact us before you place your order.
Shipping policy :
We use normal Australia Post services.Optional Express or registered post is available. Allow up to 14 days for delivery, however we aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order or 3 working days.
Air Freight : is used for orders outside Australia.

Overseas orders : Please contact us, before ordering from outside Australia, so we can help you calculate shipping.
Payment for overseas orders : is accepted by Bank Card, Master Card or Visa Card. International Cheques are not accepted.
Out of stock products: We do not substitute products. We try to display items in stock, but if an item you order becomes unavailable we will contact you before processing your order.
Accuracy of information: product information is supplied by manufacturers and reproduced in good faith. We cannot be held liable for the accuracy of such information or any consequences arising from incorrect information on this website. If you have specific health requirements or require more information about a product, please contact us.
Refund/Return Policy : Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded within 10 days of being notified of the faulty merchandise.
